    Anger Management teaches skills to recognize cues, regulate emotions, and communicate without escalation. Expect simple tools—breathing, thought reframes, timeout plans, and conflict scripts—you can use immediately.

    12-Step Meeting is a peer-led fellowship where people share experience, strength, and hope to find and maintain sobriety—no dues or fees, only a desire to stop drinking abuse and other abusive behaivor.

    Community Orientation is required for all new clients and active clients when violations occur. In one focused session, we reset expectations, review house guidelines, and map out clear next steps for success. The goal is restorative—not punitive—so you leave aligned and supported.
